I am one of the managing partners and I am working as a consultant in software testing since 1998. During my education as engineer I was trained to always search for the most efficient solutions for the problems I am faced with. During my work as consultant I experienced the value of open communication and the necessity of fully understanding the customer's core business.

My career in the information technology started in 1995 with a journey through the complete software development lifecycle. I’ve been working as a test coordinator and test leader for several years on different kind of projects. One of my favourite occupations is combining a client focused and result driven approach to find the best fitted solutions for the clients’ problems. Within the company I am responsible for the Marketing department.

Kurt Vanderheyden, Partner

Starting as a technical test analyst in a mainframe based environment, I became more and more involved in complex technical projects. Very early in my career I became test coordinator and started building up a broad experience as a test manager for multi-platform projects, mainly in finance and telecommunication. I combine a broad test experience and profound management skills in a pragmatic and solution-focussed approach.

Niko Van De Vyvere, Partner

My professional career started in 1998 as a software developer on different platforms. After walking the path of technical / functional analyst, I decided in 2003 to apply my software lifecycle experience in the area of professional software testing. In this branch I have a broad experience in test leading and setting up test approaches without averse to the field work. I believe in a dynamic, result-driven approach where flexibility and visibility are key-issues and where taking initiatives will make the difference.

Chantal Wauters, Office Manager

My career started in 1988 and evolved from administrative clerk to office manager both in temporary and fixed employments for large multinationals and SME’s. As I attach great importance to be a reliable and well organized person towards clients and colleagues, I fit perfectly within the group as an office manager.
