At least a dozen of testing approaches and methodologies exist nowadays. Many senior ‘test leaders’ report that what they do in their day-to-day job is rarely explained in an understandable and immediately useable manner.
Most methodologies focus on general and rather theoretical models and workflows, missing concrete and practical handles to get going quickly. Most of them are focusing on what a test leader needs to do rather than how he can be successful. There is no or at least a serious lack of a pragmatic and ready-to-use toolkit for ‘test leaders’. That's where we make the difference.
